We offer returns for change of mind on most full price and reduced items, excluding accessories and straps.
If for any reason you feel that the product you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us to arrange return shipment within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the product price – excluding shipping costs, and credit card fees.
In the event that you received a damaged or wrong order, it must be reported to Forge Watches within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date. Thereafter you have up to 14 days to return the watch back to our office.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges will not be reimbursed.
For returns with refund requests, the shipment and any eventual import fees are at the client’s expense. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

What you need to be able to return an item for a full refund
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees, items returned for change of mind within the above time frames can be returned for an exchange or full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned item
- The item/s is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact
- The item/s have not been personalised in any way
- The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
- The item is returned within 7 days of signing for delivery package.
What is not eligible for return
We don’t provide any refunds or exchanges, or accept any cancellations or returns for discontinued lines.
Items that have been custom ordered or personalised in anyway, are not eligible for return and all sales are final.
Watches that have their original wrappings removed, bracelet sized or worn are not eligible for return.
How long will my return take to process?
Allow 14 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been finalised.
Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in the value of the product (if you choose to keep it).
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.
Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase. Merchandise marked as seconds or sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees. Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed in returning your purchase.
